These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on maindawnndeals.com, operated by ORELLANA MEDIA LLC, trading as Main Dawnn Deals. They complement our Terms of Service.

1. Products and Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). No shipping fee applies, as all products are delivered electronically.

• Individual e-books — $4.90. One-time purchase. You are charged once. This is not a subscription and does not recur.
• 10-Ebook Bundle — $34.99. One-time purchase. You are charged once. This is not a subscription and does not recur.
• VIP Club membership — $42.95 per month. This is a recurring subscription. See section 4.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment you check out.

2. Placing an Order

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase on this site. Submitting an order authorises us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you are not charged, or are refunded in full.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of the order. Charges appear on your bank or card statement as maindawnndeals.com.

4. VIP Club Membership — Recurring Billing

The VIP Club membership is optional and is never added to your cart automatically. On product pages it is offered through a checkbox that is unticked by default. It is billed separately from any e-book in the same order and is not included in the price of any e-book.

By placing your monthly recurring order of the VIP Club membership — you will be charged $42.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.

The membership grants access to every digital product in our store, including titles published while your membership is active.

5. Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel at any time, with no phone call required, using the form on our Membership Cancellation page, or by emailing infodawndeals@gmail.com.

We process cancellations before your next billing date and confirm by email within 24 hours. After cancellation you are not billed again, and your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered by email to the address entered at checkout, immediately after payment is confirmed and in all cases within 24 hours. No physical item is shipped.

7. Refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, digital downloads are final sale under normal circumstances. Exceptions apply if you did not receive your download or if the file is defective. VIP Club charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Licence and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share or reproduce our products in any form.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
